Spider-Man was once a member of the Fantastic Four.

The amazing Spiderman has not always been a lone wolf out to save the world all on his own. In May – August 2007, Marvel Comics published a four-issue limited comic book series entitled: Spider-Man and the Fantastic Four. At that time, they were not known as the Fantastic Four, but rather as the Future Foundation. Shortly after the death of founding member the Human Torch and the reinstatement of the bulky the Thing, the remaining team members came up with a brilliant idea: recruit Spider-Man.

Upon joining, he was given a whole new spacey grey suit based off of the new improvements in the field of unstable molecular technology. Don’t worry though, he hadn’t changed completely, he still had the ability to change into the classic red and blue costume he is synonymous with.
